The Peace Project

The Peace Project is a global digital humanities initiative dedicated to exploring the historical roots of conflicts and developing innovative solutions for peace. Recognizing that polarization hinders efforts to address political conflicts, the Peace Project aims to provide a platform for promoting civil discourse and fostering community leadership.
What is Digital Humanities?
The Digital Humanities are a collection of practices and approaches combining computational methods with humanistic inquiry.

At the Peace Project, we use digital tools to promote peace initiatives, including interactive maps that trace the historical roots of conflicts, a digital repository that archives essential peace-related resources, and multimedia exhibition spaces that showcase stories of conflict resolution through videos, audio, and text. These tools inspire global engagement and encourage creative solutions for peace.
